Join us for some mindfulness at our online Meditation Soundbath sessions.
Join us for 30 minutes. Let the sounds of singing bowls wash over you. They will help you to release stress and tension as you focus on your breathing. All you need is a quiet, comfortable spot where you can either sit or lie down and let the sound wash over you.
You can also enhance your experience with things like:
a pillow
an eye mask
aromatherapy candles or incense
Sessions are held on the fourth Thursday of every month.
