Alfred Health Carer Services is partnering with Peninsula Community Legal Centre (PCLC) to deliver a series of information sessions on various legal topics. 

The topic for the August session is Scams: Knowing Your Rights 

The information session will be delivered by an expert lawyer, Joe Oliver, from PCLC and will cover the following topics: 

• Scams and Consumer Law

• Your rights and responsibilities

• Options and supports available

Peninsula Community Legal Centre helps people use the law to protect and advance their rights, offering free advice on most legal issues, including family law, family violence, fines, tenancy and rooming house advocacy to people who live, work or study in their catchment areas in in Melbourne’s South East and the Mornington Peninsula.
