Vegetarian Cooking Class

Learn how to cook a simple, and delightful vegetarian feast inspired by the king of vegetables, Ottolenghi.

During this vegetarian cooking class, in Sandringham, you will be shown how to create an outstanding menu where vegetarian dishes are the absolute stars and not just side dishes.

You will be using seasonal produce, plentiful spices and herbs.

The menu changes according to the seasons and what is available.

Possibilities include: Red lentil soup, Green chickpea falafels with herby yoghurt and Raw shaved broccoli salad with almonds and pomegranate.

This class involves some demonstration and also hands-on participation.

At the end of your cooking you will get to sit down and enjoy your delicious vegetarian feast. You will also go home with the recipes and insipration to cook the dishes again for family and friends.

You will need to make your own way to the class.

Please Note: The only dietary requirement that this class can cater for is vegetarian. If you have any other allergies or dietary requirements this is, unfortunately, not the class for you.
