Online Meditation Soundbath - May

Did you know that singing bowls have been used to help calm the mind, lower blood pressure, reduce stress and anxiety and promote better sleep?

Join us for some mindfulness at our online Meditation Soundbath sessions.

Join us for 30 minutes. Let the sounds of singing bowls wash over you. They will help you to release stress and tension as you focus on your breathing. All you need is a quiet, comfortable spot where you can either sit or lie down and let the sound wash over you.

You can also enhance your experience with things like:

  • a pillow

  • an eye mask

  • aromatherapy candles or incense

Sessions are generally on the last Wednesday of each month.
