Mindful Prompt Writing is a way to help us express ourselves in a creative way to:
Build self awareness
Develop mindfullness skills
Support self-care
You don't need to be good with words, anything goes! It’s not about skills, it’s about spending quality time with yourself.

Practice mindful breathing
Use a prompt for writing
Create a poem
Share with the group if you want to
