Join Loretta Gray as she introduces us to mindful prompt writing. Loretta is qualified in Health Promotion, Education and Creative Arts Therapy.

Mindful Prompt Writing is a way to help us express ourselves in a creative way to:

  • Build self awareness

  • Develop mindfullness skills

  • Support self-care

You don't need to be good with words, anything goes! It’s not about skills, it’s about spending quality time with yourself.

Loretta will offer you the opportunity to:

  • Check-in on your well-being

  • Practice mindful breathing

  • Use a prompt for writing

  • Create a poem

  • Share with the group if you want to
