This session will focus on Mental Health for Vietnamese CALD Carers.

Topics will include:

• How to spot mental health issues in yourself and those around you

• Ways to respond to mental health challenges

• Where to find general mental health resources and support

• What services are offered by Alfred Health Carer Services

• What services are offered by Carer Gateway

• We will also ask you for any topics you would like discussed in the session

An interpreter will be joining in on the day to translate the session into Vietnamese.
