Just as there are many ways that people find themselves in a caring role, there are many services that can help you in that role.

This session will introduce residents of Cardinia to the Carer Gateway and Alfred Health Carer Services. If you are already familiar with one, or both, of the services you may still find new ways we can support you in your caring role.

• What is the Carer Gateway

• Who is Alfred Health Carer Services?

• What can they do?

• How can Carer Services support your caring role?

• What is Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP)?

• How to sign up to get support
