Alfred Health Carer Services is partnering with Peninsula Community Legal Centre to deliver a series of information sessions on various legal topics.

The topic for this session is Introduction to Family Law.

Family law is an area of law that focusses on matters involving family relationships.

The information session will be delivered by an expert family lawyer Nina Zec from PCLC and will cover the following topics:

• Children living with and spending time with their parents (parenting arrangements)

• Child Support

• Financial settlements

• Separation and divorce

Peninsula Community Legal Centre helps people use the law to protect and advance their rights, offering free advice on most legal issues, including family law, family violence, fines, tenancy and rooming house advocacy to people who live, work or study in their catchment areas in the Southern Metro Melbourne area.
