Powers Of Attorney

It is important to plan for your future.

Right now you are able to make your own decisions about your finances and any medical treatment you might need. There may come a time when you need someone else to make those decisions for you.

A power of attorney will enable you to make sure that the person you choose can legally make decisions for you.

In this session, the Office of the Public Advocate will provide you with a brief overview of powers of attorney and how to set them up.

There will be plenty of time during the session to answer any specific questions you might have.

There will be door prizes at this event.
