Calvary Health Care Bethlehem’s Online Bereavement Support group is a free 7 week online
program for people who have cared for someone who died in the last 12 months. This group will aim to help reduce isolation, increase understanding and support for carers grieving for the person that they cared who passed away in the last 12 months.

Experienced bereavement counsellors, social workers and pastoral carers will facilitate these groups, and discussions will include:

• Listening and sharing personal experiences

• Normalising the grief journey

• Reducing feelings of isolation

• Discovering personal strengths

• Building resilience

• Creating social networks

• Connecting to other useful resources

Starting date: Thursday 18th July –Thursday 29th August 3:30pm-5:00pm weekly for 7 weeks
