Laughter Yoga blends guided breathing exercises with light-hearted activity to promote overall wellbeing. You can choose how you would like to experience the fun.
You can join in the activities or simply let the laughter of others flow over you. You can have your camera and microphone on or off. Either way, this experience is a gift you can give yourself by sharing in the moment of joyful activity with other carers.

Our laughter leader for the sessions, Jan Holt, has been making people laugh (on purpose and accidentally) for over 15 years as a certified Laughter Yoga leader. Come and join Jan as she helps you to find your way back into the carefree laughter of childhood where nearly everything is worthy of a giggle.
